To accommodate the participation of both institutional and private investors Cypress West forms specific limited partnerships. Investors include fund managers and high net worth individuals, many of whom have participated in numerous transactions. Principals
William Bevis, has a background in corporate lending and development. Bill was originally with a major Canadian bank, having responsibility for real estate lending operations in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest US. Prior to starting Cypress West Bill lead the US expansion for a major Canadian commercial developer.
David Tone, has a background in commercial lending and private equity investment in the Western US and Canada. Prior to joining Cypress West David was a senior officer with a major International Bank. Throughout his career he has developed long standing relationships with both institutional and private equity sources.
